What Goes Into These Results?

Our restoration approach is simple: through our 7 Step Process we clean, correct, and protect.
Depending on the condition of the pavers, a project may include deep cleaning, joint stabilization, spot repairs, and sealing. The goal is the same every time: a surface that looks great now and holds up longer.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does sealing last?

    • Each situation is different but one should expect 3-5 years if a water based sealant was used and 2-3 years if a solvent based sealant was used.

  • Do you replace broken pavers?

    • Yes, we can replace broken pavers. Matching new pavers with old pavers is usually not possible though. For this reason, we'll normally use "donor pavers". These are pavers taken from corners, under your grill, etc. and are swapped to the more visible areas.

  • What's the difference between "Natural" & "Wet Look" sealers?

    • A Natural sealant (dry-look) produces no color enhancement (wet-look).

    • A Wet Look sealant enhances the color of your pavers similar to the way they look after it has rained. Simply put, it darkens the color of the pavers.

    • Finishes for both Natural & Wet Look can range from matte to gloss.
